Thanks to the AR Council of America it looks like I'll be attending Vision Expo in New York after all. :)
Why don't we try to set up another OptiBoard meeting? I'm open to almost any time Friday or Saturday, so let's find out who else will be attending and set up a time to meet.
By the way, I've never attended one of these shows as a 'free agent' before. Could someone tell me what I need to do to get a Convention badge? Thanks!

How bout we set it up for 12:00 noon on Saturday in the Vision Council booth (VCA). I missed the photo session in the fall because of booth duty, and would like to be in it this time.
Also, if you still need an exhibit hall pass, let me know and I can also send you one.

I checked with VE and although their website says the free registrations ended on March 2nd, they have extended this offer to the end of this week. So I registered on-line. Hopefully they'll have a ticket waiting for me.
I'm looking forward to seeing as many OptiBoarders as I can in NY!

Let's get the word out that the photo shoot will be at the Vision Council of America (VCA) booth at 12:00 noon on Saturday. I'll try to get the booth number. I'm bad. I always know where to go, but not the booth number.

Yes they will have a badge for you at the show. I registered late last year and had to wait in line for an hour to get mine. So be prepared for a wait.

I registered on line and I have a free ticket but I think you had to register before March 2 but don't hold me to this date. Go to the web site and read it.
All the information is right there.
They sent the ticket[badge] to me in the mail.
