I read an article the other day about how coffee is supposed to lower one's propensity to Type 2 diabetes.

All of a sudden such beneficial effects???

I think the answer is moderation...and stay away from processed flour and sugar, and decrease our meat intake. And oh yeah, it would hurt to get up off the couch once in a while and put out that cigarette.
