The 26th came and went without too much fuss. My best man invited us over for dinner.I went, but Sue was at a Nurses union meeting!As you probably read in todays CCTimes, they were sucessful in getting a 28% pay hike to bring them more in line with Boston. It was kind of funny a couple of weeks ago to drive down the street and see your wife in a picket line out by the entrance to the Hospital.

I am very pleased to make my 2,000th post a congrats on your anniversary! Twenty-six is quite an accomplishment (unfortunately) these days- way to go!

Tell Mrs J i said congrats. As you know my wife is a nurse to. It's a tough job that requires alot of knowledge and skill.Lord knows that if im ever in a situation where i need to go to the hospital i would want the cream of the crop there helping me out.Hat's off to all of them........it's been a long time coming and they deserve it.hcjilson said:
