Interesting question, but let's not forget that in Australia it's winter (the Dingo Days of Winter!?!).
I wonder if the same seasonal patterms we see in the US also occur in other parts of the world?

While we aren't doing bad we are below last year, especially our other store which is located in a more industrial area. A couple of our cities are having money issues which have caused taxes in those areas to go up. Coupled with lay-offs at companies that used to have contracts with the government, folks around here are slowing up on their spending.
off about 10% over last year
Steve good reply. I must remember Dingo Days. Ya our business is
off some what. But it's funning because as a whole we are up about 6%, but if you track it month to month it looks like we are down. The first six months of the year have helped. But there are days now when I don't get any Rx's and other days that I can hardly handle it. Go figure.
We have had a pretty flat summer in sales vs l/y. Our slow season is definately late Oct- early Jan. Busy from January through Sept with a few ups and downs along the way.......Mullo
