So, Sylvia, what's the answer to the course question? the weakest link?
Hi Tex:
The weakest link could be found any where in the eyeglass process. It could start with the optician taking incorrect measurements, or the lab making errors in fabricating the lenses. There are so many processes in making one pair of glasses that a weak link could happen anywhere along the way. This seminar is great for lab techs, customer service, opticians, lab managers and optical managers. The seminar is fun and very informative. Please join me in September of this year, I will present this seminar in Williamsburg, VA.

What is going on with the speakers bureau. Of the 7 speakers listed we have had 7,277 views with 11 responses. Most of those were between Warren and myself as we checked the pulse of continuing education in opticianry. If we as a group have booked 3 seminars total off this listing I would be suprised.
I can't speak for all of us but some of us have sponsorship. My experience is that most associations need sponsored speakers.
To date the most interesting information I have gotten off this page is that Hanlins real name is "Walter"
We would all love an opportunity to speak with your associations. Lets try to book when you look.
