Is this IOL the equivalent of minus two (-2.00)?

A patient of mine had an IOL installed two months ago. His ophthalmologist is out of town for three weeks. She found this description in his records, and asked me is this minus two power ( -2.00 spher?).

I can't tell what all this means. Anyone here know what power is this IOL?Click image for larger version.

Would this be considered "near" or "far" or neither?

    Astigmatism:

The information the patient is given is typically a wallet card carried that describes the implant to emergency personell and medical practices about the implant. That information doesn't describe the patient's visual acuity, nor the visual residual requirements. The next appointment the patient has with either the surgeon, or the referring OD or MD will determine the patient's needs, acuity obtainable..... both distant and near.

Thanks. This is not a matter of "need" as the surgery has already been performed. He just wanted to know if this implant was equivalent to "-2.00".

All cataract patients get a card with their IOL info on it-it’s the size of a business card & is part of quality control in case of a recall.
I don’t see a -2.00 on the attachment & that is not a copy of a patient’s IOL info card.
The IOL power, date of surgery etc are on the card. Ask the patient to get that info from the surgeon’s practice.

You're asking some weird questions, Astigmatism. What's the real story, here?
