We are going thru the barcoding headache right now as I speak. We decided to get a "wasp" reader. I think its wasp.com.


The only reason we picked their equipment was because it was recommended to us by management + which is the type of office management software we use.

We use them for all of our bar code devices for our customers and have been quite happy with them over the past 13 years. Try Radio Shack large commerical catalogue, they used to give away free bar-code reader. Most HP printers have bar-code printing built in.
