  • Good lenses - bad frame. Can I buy a new frame for my old lenses?

    Hello.

I have a pair of glasses that is perhaps 20 years old.

The lenses are made of glass (not plastic). The lenses are in great shape.

Unfortunately, the frame is in bad shape.

I would like to buy a new frame for these lenses. I want to remove these lenses from the old frame and insert the lenses into a new frame. I do not want to get a new eye exam, just to get a new prescription for the same lenses.

Is there a store (brick-and-mortar or online) that can help me out?

    Thank you.

Corner Optical in Glenview Illinois will most certainly be able to help you out.

    But it wont be $5.
