    Just how do you want old people to execercise so it makes a difference. Maybe they could invent some exercise pills for them.

    How interesting this article is!! Other research has shown that growth factors produced during consistent exercise programs can keep you away from many degenerative diseases, help you look and feel younger, and keep you smart throughout old age. But you've got to make sure you are exercising on an empty stomach. Food in the gut blocks production of growth factors. Chlorella is a supplement that is loaded with growth factors, and is also a good idea. Soon there may be a well documented way to keep cataracts away too.

    There is an eye drop in clinical trials right now that is supposed to lubricated and make the crystalline lens pliable again for presbyopes. Not going to prevent cataracts but maybe prevent presybopia. That would be an interesting twist in the ophthalmic industry. No more need for multifocal lenses... I wouln't bet on this drop working though
