    Congratulations To Barry Santini!!!!

    Tonight (Saturday) he won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the New York State Society of Opticians annual banquet, gala celebration, and CEC program at the Turning Stone Resort in Verona NY. This award is not given lightly... and Barry is very deserving for his service to the profession. Please join me in congratulating him!

    Confused Does this mean you are retiring to Florida? Fort Myers area.

    All of us on Optiboard are very proud of you and thrilled NY made such a great choice in honoring one of the best minds in the opthalmic world.

    I just realized you and I have never met in person, but over the years have come to recognize that you are one of the sharpest people in the industry and my faith in NYSSO is somewhat restored.

    You the man and I am going to come see you this summer or you need to finally come to Florida.
