Oh that's right, I forgot the Darris Doctrine! :D

"All bad things are the fault of Democrats and all good is through the benvolence of Republicans."

Where exactly do you have that tatooed again? ;)

Some questions are better left unasked, Steve! Knowing Darris, he might claim to be capable of having it tattooed on his...

Anyway, let me try to be fair.
If Dr. Seuss was a Green, he might have wrote here...

    The chads did not count,
    and Bush got his way.
So we sat by our tellies,
    to see what he'd say.
    I sat there with Debbie,
    we sat there, we two.
And I thought, "Now we'll see
what a REAL Prez can do!"

    Its been a year now,
    I'm still happy, but yet.
    There's quite a few things
    I'd sooner see set...

    Like what about health care
    or Medicare reform
    He promised we'd get them
    soon after he was sworn.

    And then, "CLICK"...

    Just last Tuesday night
    he arrived at my pad
    came through my TV
    and looked at me sad.

    "Its true we're in danger
and the skies are not sunny,
    but have no fear
    for I am no dummy!"

    "We'll fix them yet,
I know just what to do
    we'll build us more bombs
    and before we are through...

    We'll leave no child behind
    we'll buy teachers and books
    and create some more jobs
but it may cost more than we took.

    But don't worry, don't fear
    we'll still cut your taxes."
    Now this sounds so great,
but I'm worried bout some fact-ses...

Looks to me like a deficit
that the kids will be paying
    I hope it all works
    but I am just saying.

    Let's be careful with spending
    not get carried away
    after all a few taxes
    are more than okay.

    Let's all work together
    find a budget that's good
and work with those (sneaky underhanded untrustworthy) Democrats
    Like you know we should!

(Oops, looks like I added a bit of an aside to the revered Dr. Suess's opines.) :D
