We've had You's for a couple of months. It has been flying of the shelf. Really good price point too. The hard cases are terrible though, they fold up flat and just seem really flimsy. I'll be interested to see how the finish on the frames hold up in the long run. I don't deal with the service end, so I can't comment on that, yet.
We had them for nearly 3 years. No problems, very few warranties, very popular. Cheap too

Very fashionable frame
All he frame are made in Korea, That's why they are very economic, the team designer is good, very wearable, especially for the ladies ! I am a big fans of this brand. The most popular model are all the thick plastic temple with lots of pattern, they fell like christmas, autumn, comics, tropical and elegant.
The front part is simple, the temple side is very fashionable, model of 643, 648 and 554 are my favourite and are the top selling in my shop.
Also colourful is their strong main point ! Customers look happy when they see the frame.
Strongly recommened to everyone.

I think Sutherlin and Maybe Interstate and TRO carry it too. It seems I got quite a few mailers on it from my labs recently
I'm wrong about the above. My you's rep said that emagine optical and one other place in NY are the only US distributors.

We had it for a year or so. It sold well, but when we sent back some consignment frames, they claimed to never have received them, even after we verified their signature with UPS. It eventually worked out, and they're nice folks. It's also a small group of folks, something I like.
