Where to buy blocking pads for Super Hydrophobic Crizal AR Coating?

Does anyone know where I can get blocking pads for Super Hydrophobic Crizal AR Coating? I order usually Crizal Coatings from ICL, but they do not provide me the blocking pads. The ones that I currently have causes the lens to slip.

Could other factors be causing the lens to slip? This reminds me...I need to order new blades for a new year!!

Little side story- Years ago we used a major supplier for a box of 1000 conventional pads. Counted only 960. Tedious- yes- but it was slow. Next box was 930. Stop using them after that.

This question has been asked many times over the years.

For the ones that cut their own lenses I have a good answer and it is always the same one.

Order the lenses without the super Hydrophobic coating. Cut the lenses and then apply a Super Hydrophobic in house, that also includes anti-stat and anti-fog properties for a fraction of what is the cost for a lab supplied one.

Part of the "Crizal" brand coating process should include a purple topcoat that makes edging a breeze. Unless you have to reblock the lenses, the purple stuff will come off.

I use, with a nonexistent fail-rate, a combination of Dynamic labs Xtreme Grip tape and their Pro-Edge blocking pads - but that is only on AR that doesn't have an edging coat. For crizal it would just be the Pro-Edge pads.

They also make a Tape/Pad combo - but I don't use them because I only use the tape when necessary.

I can not endorse this product enough, it is great. Took my slippage on a Nidek 9000SX down to nothing.

We use OptiSource blocking pads in our edger, and usually use either another one cut in half on the backside, or we have some old Cerium edge squares that work pretty well too.

I have nearly no slips with my briot nx but, if in doubt I spray the lense with a light coat of hair spray and that works for me.
