Yes, I spent a long time studying really hard for it. Even the people at ABO are frustrated with how long the examiners are taking with this
During the past eight weeks, I've contacted the people at abo-ncle.org a few times. Each time I've been told something different. On June 12th, I recieved an email stating....
"Subject: RE:Examination Results
They come regular mail, and should be to you within 2 weeks."
I called them tuesday morning and was told the scores were mailed out on Friday July 13th.One thing I think most of us (i know some won't) can agree on is that the examiners are taking way too long to do this. It's a scantron examination. How long can it take to process it through the computer?
I hope that all who took the test, whether pass or fail, look at this as only a beginning in your education and growth in this field.

Good job! That's a very difficult test.
Called ABO NCLE last Friday and was told the CT results were mailed out that day.....still haven't received them! It's hard to believe that it takes a week to get from VA to CT. Anyone else in CT get theirs?

After almost nine weeks, they finally arrived this morning. I passed both of my exams! ABO and NCLE. I'm now a dual certfied optician! Woohoo!

Took the May 20th Test in Phoenix AZ, got my results yesterday 7/21/2012. Pass both NCLE and ABO YAY!! Took a while but the reward was so worth the wait...Next step is Ophthalmic Technician Cert, as well as AZ practical! Good luck everyone!
