We have weave, it's so-so. There were some issues where people were getting calls when the glasses weren't here and then some people weren't getting calls at all. We had this same issue with SolutionReach as well. We are back to calling patients by hand to let them know there glasses are here. From what I understand is that it works fine to remind people of appointments but for some reason glasses reminders are a no go. I think that it hasn't been set up properly but I've been told it has. The office manager decided to ditch weave for Solution Reach again. Either way I'm calling patients by hand again which takes a lot of my time
