ISO metric brass fittings! (Has me ready to break things...)

So the company who makes my air compressor (Fini) uses a metric plug to fit on the pump where the oil drains. I cannot go through another oil change without adapting this. The plug sits almost flush with the tank making it impossible to drain the pump without getting oil everywhere. I've tried specialty funnels, tubes, and all kinds of homemade contraptions to try and fight gravity. All have failed. I finally started contacting places like Grainger and Home Depot to give some input. Grainger suggested to build out from my plug so that I can extend the point from where I need to drain. Great idea! I said.

Turns out, I can't find anywhere that sells metric brass fittings! I've contacted Fini and they don't seem to have anything helpful to add. So here I am hoping that someone, somewhere in the optical community knows of a place that sells metric fittings.

Please speak up if you do and I will be ever grateful!

P.S. I know how to use Google. Google will gives plenty of results that are not actually helpful. I'm looking for somewhere, store or online, that someone has actually utilized.

Other suggestions for this situation are also welcome!
