Looking for an Optician

We are an office located in Carrollton and Plano, Tx. We are looking for an optician who has great leadership skills and the ability to upsale. Must be willing to cross train to do contact lens insertion and removals (both RGP and soft), work up patients for the Doctor, willing to learn insurance, friendly and outgoing, and professional. I am looking for a REAL optician. I know that they are hard to find. Very few and far between anymore. I want somebody that their knowledge is not "I know it all!!!" I think what I am asking for is virtually impossible.:hammer:

I am new to the Dallas area. I am also a "real" optician, with a degree in ophthalmic optics. I ran an optometric practice for an absentee owner in California for 5 years.
