I've worn contacts for over 25 years and the Cooper Vision 55 torics for about 8 years. For many many years, I have used the AOsept disenfecting system and religiously enzyme weekly. Today I picked up my contacts and received not one set of contacts, but four. Thinking there was some mistake I asked the Dr. who informed me they were the exact same thing as I had before, but now I have 4 pair instead of 1.
At the risk of being labeled someone who would b**ch about being hung with a gold rope, my extremely suspicious nature wonders aloud about getting more for my money just because the contact lens company cares about my eye health?! Yeah right!
What's up?
Has our throw away society become so lazy and irresponsible about something as serious as eye health caused the contact lenses companies to be forced to provide multiple pairs of contacts to avoid potential problems? Are contacts so cheap to make that they're still making mega bucks and giving us extras? Is this all a ruse and the company actually ordered the wrong thing and are just feeding me a line of bull?
Signed,
Just wondering

Waiting to retire so I can complain about the govt full time
