Could try a bios reset.

Does it sound like the box is booting? If it seems to make all the "proper" sounds, it could just be a bad video card.

i swapped the video card but can't get antthing at all now.
just fitted a new motherboard and cpu . it boots ok now but my intenet connection won't work also cpu usage is 100% all the time .
maybe a fresh install of xp will cure it
