Is it possible that when polycarb lenses are made , that the formula is not always the same? Is there a chance that microparticles and measurements at the time of "makeing poly" vary from batch to batch?

I only ask because my drill jobs are "cracking" again more often. The phoenix jobs are fine.......Poly/Panamic is the main culprit. If there can be any variences in the formula does that mean the whole lot/batch is going to be 'bad'. It seems that almost everything else in this world is subject to contamination.

Any light on this will be appreciated.
