We are having trouble locating dye tints that give true black/gray and browns.
Can anyone suggest true color tints that resist fading in the tint units and/or tips on maintaing true colors longer?
Thank you.

We have had our best luck with BPI Molecular Catalytic Black. It lasts the longest but does still fade. Have you tried "Red Out?"

Typically, the problem is not with the dye (provided its good quality); it is in the temperature of the dye in use. It needs to be close to 205 degrees. Tank temperatures around 180 degrees will produce 'grey' lenses with a reddish color. And it is not the fault of the dye, unless diluted or wore out.
Take a look in the "downloads" section, there is some great info there on tinting.
