    Acuvue monthly lenses

I was surfing one of the UK contact lens mail order web sites and notised that they sell dayly and monthly acuvue disposables.
There were no weekly or biweekly lenses!
The montly ones looked exactly like our biweekly!
    Strange!

J&J sells the same lenses as different wearing scedule?
Or its our FDA fails to aprove them as monthly?

In the UK J&J have always marketed Surevue as monthly replacement lenses and Acuvue as 7 day continous wear(sleep in) or 14 day daily wear (not to be slept in on 14 day cycle).
We also have Acuvue2 which are thicker and definitely not suitable for overnight wear. Hope this clears up any confusion.
