Marcolin/Creative Optics

I just got a special VMAIL and was pretty shocked to see that Marcolin has purchased Creative Optics for $13 Million. Whats going on all of a sudden with these buy outs and sell outs? I have always done a lot of business with Creative Optics, but have never really got along with Marcolin. I guess I should qualify that by saying I didn't get along with Marchon/Marcolin. Has anyone heard anything about the sales forces? I guess we will just have to wait and see. Jim Seebach

YES, they bought it for $13 million.
