    Optical Profile help

    Hi Everyone,
I would like to create a profile on a "typical" optician, optometrist and lab manager.

What do they/you like outside of work? What do they/you enjoy most? Age range? What signifies status/coolness to them/you? Interests? What would they/you enjoy receiving as gifts? What would they/you enjoy giving to their patients?

If you could break out your responses into a profile of an optometrist, an optician, and a typical lab manager/customer service rep, that would be great.

    Thanks so much!

    Queens,
Your request is not an easy one as opticians, optometrists, lab managers and customer service reps come in all shapes, colors, sizes and interests. If you would spend some time in the various threads you would find all the answers you are seeking.

Ages are from 16-?? Likes are too numerous to mention. Spend some time and look around and you will find your answers.

If I were doing this survey.....

I would start a separate thread for each specialty you wanted. I would also be specific in regard to the information you wanted. For example, "likes and dislikes" covers an area so large you'll never get what you want. For example, I "like" talk radio. I "dislike" several talk hosts. It would be helpful to know how the information will be used so the respondant has an idea of how to reply.Threads that are too general usually don't last too long. Good luck with this.

Don't let this reply discourage you, I think you are on the right track. Nice to see your first post.

    VERY SIMPLE ANSWER

There is no such universal thing as a typical optician, optometrist and lab manager that can be categorized outside of work related habits.

Everybody has different personalities, brainpower, skincolor and other items. There are honest people and there are crooks. Thousands of varieties on anything.

The only items with only 2 variations is: females and males

    Chris,
In my experience, I have worked with some vegetables too. ;)
