Lenny,
I searched our lens database and found no lenses that meet your needs. Since we are a software mfg., we have listings of all lenses available.

Ok
I alreade forgot about stock lenses!
Now it looks like Blended myodisc and Myodisks are discontinued!?
the patient can not tolarate a double concave lens!
What do i do?
JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!
Chip i already know your response :bbg:
It is not going to work
The patient is 67 YO
It's been a few years since I've been in the lab, but I seem to recall running -20's on the SGX when I was with PLC. Probably .50 base Spectralite. That's going to be some serious edge thickness though.

Chip wouldn't be alone on this.....I am a proponent on well fit contact lenses as well....don't discount the exceptional vision that seniors like with contact lenses. At least it should be their well informed choice.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
Those myodisks are not out of the question. They may not be cheap, but most labs can still handle the Rx you mentioned. You can also grind the rx on a low base plastic blank and end up with a myodisk look for a lot less money.

What diameter would you end up with?
