Thank you! Is there a solution that I need to put on that wheel before I roll and polish? Also, when do I know that it's time to replace that wheel, and where would I get a replacement? Thanks.

Yes, there are things called rouge that you need to buy. I would google what to use for a polish like you want. the wheels last a long time, I would replace once they look really worn out
