I keep getting ads for Heyelander frames and they look like a solid, classic collection. Has anyone worked with these? How is the quality?

Ships from Europe, DHL, your expense
Payment must clear prior to shipping
Buyer responsible for any tariffs/taxes
No mention of return/exchange other than 2 year warranty which they determine from photo is actual defect
