    How do I fix this? Bad gaps on the corners after edging.

    Frame: ic! berlin
    Lens: Polycarbonate
    Machine: Santenilli Lex 1200

    I have already recalibrated everything following the instructions on the manual book.

    Try tracing the demo lens instead of the frame

    Decrease size and set groove depth to .8 mm

    I would change material to Trivex or high index. A poly grooved to a deeper depth will not look good.
