    Anyone familiar w Nassau / OOGP lenses know if...

    ...they still alive?

    Looks like they haven't processed any of my stock lens orders since mid last week? And now they're not answering any of their phone lines either. Did they get dead or something? Can't get orders to complete online either.

    Today, their website is particularly slow loading as well. My cart full of stock lenses is super full, and I get a lovely: "504 Gateway Time-out" when trying to check out today.

    Super weird...
    I just got contacts and stock lenses today from them but didn't use the website at all today. First thing I check when an order hasn't been shipped or processed for several days I check to make sure the bills have been paid.

    Something similar to what you are experiencing happened to us 6 months ago. It said the order was completed but it never actually processed by Nassau. I kept on reordering the same jobs that weren't processing. All at once the system processed every single order I had ever put in and I ended up with a huge box of stock lenses I had to ship back for credit. So don't do that...

    I finally got a response from a chatbot window pop up on their website. Seems they are having massive tech problems, but only with "some accounts". We got lucky to be picked I guess. Eventually, they said they got it resolved. Will see later today when I have another order to run. Their work around for us was to take a screenshot of 4 pages of orders, and they'd enter it from that.

    Wow. Just wow.

    Who knew 2024 was the year of the Flintstones again! LOL *shrug* These companies can definitely be a total joke sometimes...
