Good afternoon, I am in Talent Acquisiition with MyEyeDr. We are in need of licensed opticians in both Florida and Georgia. In specific both Brunswick GA and Palm Coast FL. I would love to chat with anyone about any location in the state however. While I am looking to fill these roles I am also looking for feedback on what an LDO is looking for in a role as I am part of the compensation and development discussion around this role in our organazation.

We are working hard to make an impact in the lives of our patients and equally as hard to make an impact in the lives of our Opticians. We have made changes to compensation plans, careeer pathing and overall role fit for the LDO position.
