Issue with a Sgx "motor guard error"

Hello, its my first time posting here.

My name is William, im ophtalmology technician and technician in optical laboratories.

I have a problem with a Sgx, when the operator starts uploading any job, the machine tries to start but throws this error "Motor Guard error".

I would be very grateful if you could help me in a possible solution and if you need more details please tell me.

    Have a good day.

There is a magnet behind that door. Try adjusting it outward about 1 mm. If that doesn’t work, try replacing it.
