I am an optical technician, I need to know how can I take out patient's lenses from old Lindberg N.O.W. without breaking the frame or make cracks in the rim of the frame, thanks in advance for your help.

Log into your Lindberg Partner account and look under the Technical Info page. It has all the info in video form.
I did we nave account with Lindberg but they are talking about how to take out demo lenses from the new frames and not how you can take out patient's own lenses from old N.O.W. LINDBERG frame, only the new ones
It's exactly the same, except you hold your breath while you do it.
You are 100% right, but what about dipping the frame for 24 hours in mineral oil, do you think it will help by making the frame more flexible and not rigid so it will break when I take out po lenses?
The only issue that occurs with NOW frames is if the lenses were incorrectly sized. Lenses must be made to size or if anything smaller. If they are oversized, even in the smallest amount, the frame will have problems down the road. I have no issues reglazing(multiple times) NOW frames that I have made the original lenses for. Hold the frame up to a light, if there are stress cracks visible, the lenses were too big and the frame is going to fail prematurely.
