CNC Optidrill machine trouble

Hi friends. Can any one help? ( sorry for my bad english )
I have a Cnc Optidrill machine using for hole drilling for the ganityres. It has worked perfect for many years, until now ..
The problem is that the computer has suddenly lost it connection with the Cnc machine. When starting up it shows Error on the screen, same as when cnc is not turned on.
I have had a proffesional to check the completely card on the cnc, and all the relays are perfectly ok. The fuses also. I also replaced the wire connection to the computer.
But still no cotact between cnc and computer.

Look at your joy stick settings. This controls your "X and Y axis" Also if I rember this this won't work past windows 5???? Good luck
