How to upload OMA files in Briot Emotion 2

Hello,

I have a new Briot Emotion 2, and it works works really well.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with OMA files uploading, my local technician cannot fix this issue and seems they aren't that experienced.
It shouldn't be that hard right? they say that I need to pay for an OMA server in order to use that if I want to connect my computer with the machine

Any (small) tips are welcome!

That is typically performed by lab software - check out DigitalTrace, a pared-down version of the typically much more expensive Laboratory Management System (LMS) lab software.
