Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of optical lab production, surfacing and finishing
• Strong ability to maintain and service lab equipment
• Understand current lens designs and maintain and manage lens inventory
• Ability to manage other lab staff and work cooperatively with store management and dispensing staff
• Ability to oversee inventory and equipment at additional locations
