Is anybody out there using FlexSys for their optical ordering/inventory management? Pros/Cons?

We use it! It's alright, but we don't use it to its full potential because the powers that be here don't want to pay for full functionality. So I can't transmit lab orders through it and we don't get life FramesData updates. New frames have to be manually entered in as we receive them.
