    Polycarbonate Groove Rimless

We use a Briot XR finishing edger. It is extremely hard after edging to clean the poly groove to get all the white stuff out. We also use a swarf tool. Any tips would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

I’m not familiar with that particular edger, but if you can set it to make 1 extra rotation while grooving (water on with last rotation) will help immensely. Any swarf left in the groove can be removed rubbing the lens edge on a piece of carpet.

    Good luck!

Perhaps replace cutting disc. If dull the groove will not be as "clean"
