Hi ,
I have patients Jacob Jensen full metal groove. Looks like Lindbergh
Cannot get patients old lenses out.
Any suggestions?

That must be super super old. Not much you can do except warn the client you might break the frame forcing the lenses out

Easiest way to get lenses out of a tight Lindberg rim frame is to slide a ribbon between the frame at the hinge then pull it between the lens and the frame forcing the lens out.
