Coburn Edger Maintenance

Is there anyone out there who can recommend a service tech who can maintain a Coburn Edger? We are using a HAB-8000 Blocker/Edger and need assistance with our machines. Not to fond on how I'm told I can't do any calibrations without THEIR customer support or even their techs. In fact, I am having an issue but it will be weeks before the company could possibly send someone to fix. I've tried searching for someone, but not having any luck. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
