Towne Lake Eye Associates is an award winning independent optometric practice that has served the Woodstock area for over 25 years. In our pursuit to provide the highest level of care for each patient, we are seeking an optician/optical salesperson who possesses excellent standards and attention to detail, resulting in an exceptional patient experience. This position will also spend time in our lab, assisting in the finishing and final inspection process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain an overall positive experience.
  • Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear that suits their needs and style.
  • Dispense eyewear, including fitting, adjusting, and repairing frane and lenses.
  • Perform manual lensometry to ensure accurate prescriptions.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise with eyewear or lenses.



ABO certification, or willingness to achieve certification in the first year is required. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:30PM. We offer a fun work environment, competitive pay, PTO, and retirement plan.
