IOT designs most like older progressives

Okay, we all know every manufacturer wants us to believe that every patient needs the newest, most expensive, and most hyped latest greatest progressive since sliced bread, but in reality, some patients (nearly always hyperopes), really prefer non-digital progressives which actually have steeper curves in the add than in the distance. It is becoming harder to handle these situations as the dinosaurs are being discontinued, but I am intrigued with the idea of using Camber blanks for some of these patients. So the question is, which IOT designs that we can put on Camber blanks are most like old-fashioned Comfort, Physio, and GT2 ?
