After doing a little internet sleuthing, it appears the sunglasses Kielfer is wearing in Rabbit Hole tv show from Paramount Plus is from SALT. The style is Joe.
I don't see the style on SALT's website anymore so it may be discountinued (go figure). There are a couple of places I found selling the style online.

I posted screen grabs from the show trailer into a Reddit subthread for sunglass ID, as well as searching myself. Reddit answer I received matched what i found:
