Nidek ICE-1000 How to convert OMA Files to PTN?

Hi Everyone,
i own a Nidek ICE-1000, and i am trying to download on my USB some OMA files to use on Ice 1000.
I have downloaded some OMA files but i have no idea how to convert them into PTN so my ICE1000 can recognize the files.
I tried changing the extension from .oma ---> .ptn , and the name of the files to contain 16Digits in total but it seems this didnt work.
Though i noticed something between the files, the working PTN files i have on my USB are of 16KB and the OMA files i downloaded are of 11KB.

Anyone with experience can help a fellow guy with my issue?

I have an ICE-1000. What you have described is how I have always done it. As long as it has leading zeros(or the file folder name- then zeros) to fill the 16 digits. Such as 0000000000123456.ptn then drop it into whatever folder you want on the USB stick. If it is in the JOB_DATA folder it needs a .job extension.

Or just set your ICE to read VCA... much easier.

what about the KB difference between the file is this relevant?
