Old Glasses from a different office:
-.75 -.75x060
-2.00-1.50x95
New glasses from our office:
-.75 -.75x70
-2.00-2.00x95
PD's 29/31 both pairs
Both are progressives, same material.
Trouble is, when patient puts on new glasses, he says he has to tilt his nose to the right to see clearly from distance, as though the pd's were set to wide. But if he keeps his head that way, the NV is blurry, and he has to straighten out his head to a more natural position to see NV clearly. PD's match up as to where they should be, lenses are aligned correctly, and we have made numerous glasses for this gentleman with same PD's and same progressive that he was happy with.
Could the increase in astigmatism play a part in this? It seems like that's the only real difference?? Am I missing something?
