Complaints about a gradual decrease in visual acuity in right eye

She has been observed for the last 3 years with a diagnosis of epiretinal membrane, macular pseudohole.

Subretinal space appeared in the foveolar zone. What could it be? Do you think there is there serous detachment? Treatment strategy?

If it's a macular edema-type etiology, it would be reasonable to attempt a triamcinolone injection, if there is no glaucoma. A possibly easier first step could be an NSAID.

It may be cystoid just from traction, however, and it could be the formation of a full-thickness hole, little by little.

There's always a membrane peel if it progresses.
