    Kering customer service.

    It sounds as though some of you deal with Kering. How has the service been from them?
    I have been trying to talk to a sales rep for 6 weeks now, they have yet to contact me. I have both called and emailed the customer service line and they don't seem to help much. Is there some kind of secret to opening an account with them??

    What part of California are you located? I can ask our rep who the rep is for that area.
