Ivue OCT Software Issue

Hi all, new to this forum from the other side of the pond....Support for my little ivue seems to have stopped from Sept 22. I have a problem with the add on's i.e GCC and 3 D analysis since power outage. Any ideas or contacts anyone. Would be most appreciated from a fellow professional or third part knowledgeable supplier. Registration codes within software all match?

Did you try contacting visionix(formerly optovue)? This happened with our old Ivue and they were able to fix it but this was before they discontinued support.

Thank You .... Very Kind I have a suspicion that the dreaded cut-off support date may pose a problem. I would hope not, reputation is everything. But i shall give it a whirl.
