    Don't throw rocks at me, but I actually bought a frame and some magnetic clips from Pair Eyewear and had the lenses made through my lab. They're not the most high end but they were decent for the price point (under $100.) I don't wear them at work of course. I have people ask if we sell them on a weekly basis though.

    On the other side of the coin, someone is visiting from out of town and stumbles upon your office. They find a frame they love and want to purchase it and have their hometown optician make lenses for them. Since you have incorporated some dispensing fees into the cost of the frame, are you going to deduct that $50??

    From a fairness perspective, some of it should be forwarded to the other optician. Not going to happen, but it would be nice.
