    Problem with Briot Emotion2

i hope that some briot/weco users can help as our local agency is hard to contact (technical person is on vacation).
I just got a new Briot Emotions 2, when I scan a rimless demolens sometimes the camera does not recognize al the 4 holes. That isn't an issue, but after adding a hole and confirmation only two holes are presented as a blue dot and other two are black. Whoch means not all holes are selected? amI missing something? hope someone here can helpClick image for larger version.

It may mean the blue dot holes don't go all the way through the lens.

Thanks! But why? What can I do to resolve this? With other shapes (silhouettes) all are blue and it drills well. Blue means they are selected according to myself right?

I think I was wrong with my first guess. Here's the right answer. The inside holes can't be drilled due to the small size of the lens -- that's why they're black.

?? why? The frame is bought as it is, and we have even smaller rimless frames. Any suggestion then? Will it help to move the holes more medialis?

There may be a circle shown on the screen that shows the area inside of which drilling by the edger cannot be performed.

you mean the red big circle (forbidden to drill in that area), you can see that the holes are not in that area.

I can't see the circle in the picture. Did you call Briot/Visionix?

Did you check to make certain that the holes are set to be drilled all the way through, as opposed to be set to go partway through?
