VSP order submssion not working...

Anyone else having issues submitting VSP orders?

Started yesterday.

After the order is done and submit is clicked I'm getting an error message to try later.

After the order is done and submit is clicked I'm getting an error message to try later.

Getting the same issue with all the claims i have tried to submit yesterday and today. Tried killing and reissuing auths, but nothing working. I called Eyefinity and got a generic, we are aware of the issue message....My practice is about 60% VSP so yay, tons of new year orders are piling up, not looking forward to having to spend all the extra time hammering them out once the issue is fixed.

They're aware.

Pullint auths is working fine. Submissions are spotty. I've been able to get several through today by just clicking send repeatedly. After roughly 6-9 attemps, it seems to usually work.

Zero evidence but I'm speculating Big E and VSP are trying to create a one and only program for Eye Med and VSP.

Any other speculators with more computer savvy than me have a thought?

Mortal enemies working together? I can't see it. I would welcome Eyemed adopting VSP's platform though.
